David Weafer has worked for a decade as a passionate and skilled legal advocate for individuals and
families with neurodiversity and disability needs, including representing families in IEPs, taking school
districts to court to enforce equity and access, navigating public benefits and insurance, and punishing
discrimination and denial of legal rights. My passion for this work stems from my personal connections
as a teacher, parent and advocate for justice, including work writing laws, enforcing laws, and getting
adults and children restitution and fairness in accessing all aspects of life and education. After working
for the state’s largest legal aide and advocacy agency and in private practice at an education law firm, he
founded his own firm in 2023 to work for families and people in need.
